Billing / Insurance Policies. 

Payment for services is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.   If you have no health insurance coverage, I will NOT turn you away!!!

I cannot modify my fees for services, but based on your health care needs, I will gladly work out a payment plan for services that best suits your financial situation.

If you have health insurance, I will check and verify if you have any coverage for services I provide.

Please understand that I no longer participate with any contracted HMO policies by choice.  After many years of experience with these type of insurance plans, I have no doubt that these organizations hold their bottom line profit as the highest priority rather than the health care needs of their policy holders and the recommendations of the physicians they employ.

If your insurance policy allows for open access and preferred provider options – I will extend the courtesy of billing your insurance for services.

If you have sustained injury in a work related incident, auto related incident, or have otherwise sustained injury through no fault of your own, you may also have insurance coverage that I can verify for you.
